About Me

I am a Massachusetts certified teacher with skills in writing and tutoring.  I taught at the high school and junior high level for over six years, tutored at the college level for one year and taught homeschool for three years.  I love to write and I like to help people bring their writing to the next level.

In college I worked in the Writing Center.  Every workday I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with students so they could improve their writing.  I was also able to help people who submitted their essays online by giving helpful feedback through email.

When I got out of college I immediately began teaching in the public school system.  After that I took some time off to raise my family and homeschool my son.  Most recently I taught 8th grade science.  

Now that I am closing that chapter, I am hoping I can help other people with their writing needs!  I am skilled in multiple areas so if you don't see what you need listed on my Services and Fees (LINK) page, just send me an email and I'll let you know if I can help you!
